This machine is used to effect the separation of brown rice from a mix of brown rice and paddy. The separation is accomplished by passing the grain mix through a series of z shaped baffle compartments mounted on an inclined oscillating table utilizing the difference in the specific gravity & surface texture of the grains.

M.G Paddy Separator is an Oscillation Type paddy Separator with very high sorting performance and an easy maintaince Design. All varieties of rice such as long grain, medium grain and short grain can be sorted easily and accurately. It separates a mixture of paddy and brown rice into three distinct classes: paddy (sent back to husker), mixture of paddy (Sent back to separator) and brown rice (Send to whitener)
